MEPC required an impressive presentation room and a display for their reception area in their new office at Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. They were looking for a professional and effective way to promote their business by displaying images of their Business Estates and building styles to potential customers.
Working with AuDeo Systems Ltd
From the outset AuDeo worked with MEPC to design the best solution for their requirements, providing a demonstration of the software and the digital signage solution. AuDeo’s demonstration allowed MEPC to see the potential of what could be done & how the system would look. Whilst planning and installing the solution, AuDeo liaised with MEPC’s main contractors to ensure the correct cabling infrastructure was in place and that the installation ran smoothly.
On completion of the installation AuDeo provided the MEPC team with user familiarisation training for their new digital signage solution.
The Digital Signage Solution
AuDeo created a digital signage solution for MEPC, allowing them to have an eyecatching main company presentation running continuously in their reception area and more personalised presentations displayed in their state of the art marketing suite.
MEPC Marketing Suite:
3×26” LCD screens and a 42” LCD screen.
The three 26” LCD screens in the marketing suite are housed in a stylish wall display unit. The 42” screen is mounted on a partition wall with joinery surround, and recessed into the wall for a professional finish.
The PC’s controlling and running the digital signage solution with Dynamax POV software are housed within a floating credenza unit.
All cables to the screens are hidden within the wall display unit, ensuring a tidy, professional finish.
MEPC Reception area:
42” LCD screen.
The 42” LCD in the reception area is mounted in a prominent area of the reception, recessed into the wall and professionally finished with specialised joinery.
