Our team will arrange delivery of your equipment. AuDeo's skilled engineers will the take over to build your meeting solutions from start to finish: integrating the system into your room, putting your equipment together and making sure everything works as it should.
AuDeo's engineers are highly skilled in incorporating video conferencing technology into the design of your room. Bespoke A/V walls and furniture are available, plasma screens can be mounted on walls and cables run out of sight for an impressive look to your room.
Various levels of support contracts are available; from telephone support programmes, through next day replacement to on-site support.
Depending on the level of contract you choose, our technical engineers are available on the phone, via email and on-site if necessary.
AuDeo will teach you how to use your system. This can be one to one or group tuition.
