A Web based scheduling tool, which allows your users to schedule video meetings from their desktops.

This intuitive software tool 'sees' the video conferencing systems on your network and, provided that you have the rights to do so, you can check the availability of a particular video meeting room and then schedule a video or audio call.

The TANDBERG scheduler can create a pre- schedule call launch or an immediate ad hoc meeting.

There is also an easy facility to add participants during the call - either on video or audio - if that is what is required.
