Exterity iSocket AV Server

The iSocket AV Receiver is designed to mount into your data trunking in order to broadcast audio and video, in MPEG-2 format, across your network.

The iSocket AV Server is an MPEG-2 encoder that will accept audio and video from virtually any source.

By presenting a simple SCART socket, the iSocket AV Server allows you to connect devices such as DVD players or VHS players. Their audio and video input is then converted into a high quality digital stream.

This high quality digital stream can then be viewed, using the iSocket AV Receiver, on any plasma, LCD or TFT display, or even a CRT TV.

The streams can also be viewed by any network PC using a standard streaming media client.
